No. Our pilot is beginner-friendly and paced for 10–12-year-olds.

What do kids need to bring?

Just their curiosity. We provide devices and materials on site.

What if we miss a session?

We’ll share the recap and a short catch-up plan so your child can rejoin smoothly the next week.

What’s the refund policy?

If it’s not a fit after week 1, we’ll refund the remaining weeks.

We care about your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information. We’re based in Calgary, Alberta and aim to follow PIPEDA/CASL best practices. This policy covers our website and our after-school program.

What we collect

Lead/registration form: parent/guardian name, email, phone (optional), child’s first name and age, time preferences, notes.
Operational records: attendance, approved pickup list, consent choices (photo, liability, medical release).
Website analytics (optional): anonymous event data (e.g., button clicks, section views) only after you accept our banner.

How we use information

To communicate about classes, scheduling, and safety.
To organize cohorts and improve our program and website.
Marketing emails only if you opt in (easy unsubscribe anytime).

Where data is stored

Site on Netlify. Lead/registration data in Firebase. Transactional emails via Resend. Privacy-friendly analytics via PostHog (loaded only after consent). Providers may store data in Canada, the U.S., or other regions; we minimize what we collect and choose reputable vendors.

Analytics & cookies

If you tap Accept, we initialize PostHog and send a short list of anonymous events (view_home, CTA clicks, scroll depth). Autocapture and session recording are disabled. A random ID is stored in localStorage. If you tap No thanks, analytics never loads.

Children’s privacy

Our website is for parents/guardians. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Any child information we store is provided by a parent/guardian for program administration.

Data retention

We keep registration records as needed to run the program and meet legal obligations. Lead inquiries that don’t convert are periodically purged. You can request deletion at any time.
